5) Sabemos lo fundamental que resulta el trabajo y la
planificación en el deporte. ¿Por qué fracasan algunos futbolistas a pesar de
sus grandes condiciones físicas? ¿a qué se debe que algunos clubes históricos
ocupen posiciones bajas en la clasificación o que otros bajen de primera a
segunda división y desciendan nuevamente de categoría o que un club ascienda en
cuatro años de tercera división a primera?
El trabajo es una categoría central en cualquier
actividad humana, sin trabajo nada o muy poco podríamos conseguir. “Ambicionar”
teniendo capacidad de trabajo permite llevar adelante grandes proyectos.
Ambicionar sin trabajo ni proyectos está abocado al fracaso. Y para los grandes
proyectos hay que saber esperar. El que sabe esperar no necesita hacer
concesiones y en el fútbol, a veces no se sabe esperar o se quiere llegar
rápido en lugar de vivir el proceso de competición para llegar lejos. Luego es
más importante y productivo tener proyectos que ambiciones. Es diferente
trabajar para el proyecto (grupal) que alucinar para la ambición (individual).
Hay que permitir al otro que sea semejante y diferente.
La tolerancia es uno de los temas que trabajamos con los dirigentes y
directivos en los cursos que impartimos.
Y en cuanto a los proyectos, no hay idea vigorosa sin una
infraestructura económica fuerte, de modo que para cualquier empresa, actividad
laboral o club de fútbol el dinero no es más o menos importante, es imprescindible
como equivalente general. (Continuará...)

5) We know how important the work and planning in
sport is. Why do some players fail despite his great physical condition? Why is
it that some historical clubs occupy lower positions in the classification
others descend from first to second division and descend again the category or
that a club ascends in four years from third division to first?
Work is a central category in any human activity if we
do not work we can not get much or anything at all. "To be ambitious"
with work capacity, large projects can be carry out. To be ambitious without
work neither projects it is doomed to fail. And for major
projects we must know how to wait. The one who knows to wait does not need to grant anything
and in football, sometimes it is not known waiting or it is wanted to get fast results
instead of living the process of competition in order to get far. Then it is more important and productive to have projects than to have
ambitions. It’s different to work for the (group) project than to hallucinate for
the (individual) ambition.
You have to allow the other to be similar and
different. Tolerance is one of the issues which we work
for with leaders and managers in the courses we teach. As for the
projects, there is not any vigorous idea without strong economic
infrastructure, so that for any company, work activity
or football club money is no more
or less important, it is as essential as a general
