37) Los entrenadores insisten que: “si hay grupo hay equipo” y “se juega
como se entrena”. ¿Qué aplicaciones concretas puede tener el psicoanálisis en
el fútbol, donde todo cambia rápidamente?
El psicoanálisis es un procedimiento médico, por ende más que
“aplicaciones” debemos hablar y pensar en “Interés” en tanto las aplicaciones
conllevan una utilidad, y con ello un régimen de precariedad que se agota en el
producto, sin embargo el interés apunta a la posibilidad de transformación, un
otro tiempo donde sin dejar de ser fútbol se puede producir dinero, crear
puestos de trabajo, realizar una labor educativa, social y, esto es
fundamental: divertirse practicándolo y viéndolo jugar.
Para poder pensar la producción de un grupo y con ello un equipo deportivo
consolidado, debemos partir de que: no se trata de llegar rápido sino de llegar
lejos.
La investigación que llevamos realizando desde hace unos años es que: el
grupo puede acortar el tiempo de producción de cualquier actividad deportiva y
además como solos no podemos nada, el grupo le permite a cada jugador rendir
más.
Si hay grupo hay equipo, se refiere
a que el grupo es: el “alma” del equipo de fútbol y por ende colabora en
la producción de un “cuerpo dinámico” en el club.
Si nos preguntamos ¿puede haber
equipo sin grupo? Un equipo de fútbol pertenece a un club deportivo, tiene
socios, masa social, cuenta con un terreno para jugar, presenta cuentas a sus
accionistas, la mayoría son Sociedades Anónimas Deportivas, presentan acuerdos
con otras instituciones, tienen peñas y asociaciones en otros países, puede
llegar a participar en la Bolsa de valores…en definitiva, es difícil pensar un
equipo de fútbol, sólo, como la reunión de un conjunto de personas con
intereses exclusivamente deportivos.
Los
equipos de fútbol se construyen, produciendo una inscripción social, pero
previamente está la idea y el proyecto antes de la materialización del mismo.
Sin un proyecto previo no hay idea que pueda desarrollarse. Y la economía
necesaria es siempre política, quiere decir que son las ideas las que hacen
circular el dinero y, no al revés, por eso es más difícil tener buenas ideas
que una gran economía.
¿Y quién coordina el grupo que posibilite la construcción de un equipo?
¿Qué teoría permite desplegar la producción social de la institución? ¿Puede
haber ideas fuertes sin una economía vigorosa que la sustente?
El Psicoanálisis en este sentido es una herramienta de trabajo, un instrumento
de conocimiento y el método más eficaz en el análisis de toda estructura
empresarial, por trabajar el deseo (invariante humana siempre presente en toda
fórmula laboral).
Con ello se puede pensar la
producción y distribución de los diferentes valores deportivos, la vinculación
del trabajador y el trabajo, la relación y discernimiento entre Institución y
Grupo, los criterios de salud y objeto social deportivo de los que habla la Ley
del Deporte.
Recordemos que una hora de reloj puede transcurrir rápida o lentamente
según la implicación del sujeto en la actividad que se realice. Otro beneficio
extraordinario es la evolución y reiteración de las lesiones, la relación con
las sanciones y las frecuentes crisis o rachas en las diferentes carreras
deportivas.
Y por último citar la importancia que representa para los jugadores que se
diviertan jugando, para los espectadores que disfruten presenciando un partido,
en definitiva para los clubes ganar títulos, prestigio y dinero, ya que no
dejan de ser empresas con importantes movimientos de capital, ciudades que se
benefician al ser representadas por clubes que portan su nombre, familias que
viven del fútbol e infinidad de aficionados que se apasionan con su

37) Coaches insist that
"if there is a group there is a team" and " it is played as it
is trained.” What specific applications can psychoanalysis have in football,
where everything changes quickly?
Psychoanalysis is a medical
procedure; therefore, more than “applications" we must talk and think about
"interest," since the applications carry a utility and thereby a
regime of precariousness that it exhausts in the product. Nevertheless, the
interest points to the possibility of transformation, in another instance,
without ceasing to be football. Money
can be produced, create jobs, make educational and social work study programs.
This is fundamental: to have fun practicing it and watching it played.
To be able to think of a group
production and thereby a consolidated sporting team, we should think in accordance
with this motto: it is not about arriving fast but it is about going far.
The research that we conducted some years ago found that the group can
shorten the production time of any sports activity and also, as we can do
nothing alone, the group allows each player to yield more.
If there is a group there is a team, it refers to the group as the “soul” of
the football team, which therefore collaborates in the production of a “dynamic
body” in the club.
We ask ourselves, can there be a team without a group? A football team
belongs to a sporting club, it has partners, social mass, it comes with a field
for playing and it presents its accounts to their shareholders. The majority
are Anonymous Sports Clubs, they present agreements with others institutions,
they have clubs and associations in others countries and they can get to
participate in the Stock Market. Definitely, it is difficult to think of a
football team, only, as the meeting of a group of people with sporting
interests exclusively.
The football teams are built, producing a social
inscription, but previously it was the idea and the project before the
materialization of itself. Without a previous project, there is no idea that
can be further developed. And the necessary economy is always political, it
means the ideas that are made circulate money and not the reverse; therefore,
it is more difficult to have good ideas than a great economy.
And who coordinates the group
that makes the construction of a team possible? What theory allows the deploying
of the social production of the institution? Can there be strong ideas without
a vigorous economy that sustains them?
In order to account for human
desire (an invariant always present in all working formulas), psychoanalysis in this sense is a working tool, an
instrument of knowledge and the most effective method in the analysis of every
business structure.
With this, the production and distribution of the different sporting values
can be thought of, the think between the worker and the work, the relation and
the discernment between institution and group, the health judgments
and the social sports object that the Sports Law speaks about.
Let´s remember that one hour on the clock can elapse fast or slow according to
the effort of the person in the activity being carried out. Another
extraordinary benefit is the evolution and reiteration of the injuries, the
relation with penalties and the frequent crises or streaks in different
sporting careers.
And lastly citing the
importance of the meaning to the players to enjoy themselves playing a game,
for the spectators to enjoy watching a game, cities that benefit from being
represented by clubs that carry their names, families that make their
livelihood from football, countless fans passionate for their team and definitely for clubs to win
titles, prestige and money since they are that which defines them: important
companies with important movements of capital. (To
