BRASIL 2014: CONSEJO DE SABIOS EN FÚTBOL

Abro las ventanas del alojamiento en el que me encuentro, tres días antes del partido inaugural y un clamor en “la calle” expresa dolor, tristeza e indignación. Saben escuchar “ustedes” la diferencia entre el clamor de un estadio y el clamar urbano con su pariente rural enarbolando un trillo de triunfo en el pecho y en la izquierda el azadón de la venganza.

La diferencia señores gobernantes radica en los organismos federativos que, tal vez mal aconsejados o bien ignorantes, confunden la demanda con el deseo y mezclan la especie con el miedo al no respetar la ley del juego.

La FIFA, UEFA, RFEF…pueden pensarse como muñecas rusas, conteniéndose linealmente unas a otras como anillos de Euler, pero también pueden pensarse como anillos anudados topológicamente, de manera tal que no existen unas Instituciones sin las otras. Es decir: lo más importante de cada organismo está en los otros y desde los efectos, en cada institución, podremos interpretar la realidad deportiva.

Por ejemplo si la articulación se pensara excéntricamente, sólo desde el TAS podemos hablar de una Institución simbólica; el Padre en la operación deportiva que tan necesario es, en una “gran familia” donde nunca falta la madre.

En las calles hay clamor y no sólo por falta de pan, sino por no cumplir con lo pactado al ser elegidos como sede del Mundial.

No hay favoritos, son todos candidatos, 32 selecciones nacionales representan la efímera ilusión del triunfo de un pueblo.

Es el momento de fundar el CONSEJO DE SABIOS EN FÚTBOL, en el que no pueden faltar los futbolistas y también: técnicos, médicos, abogados, informáticos, empresarios,  psicoanalistas, escritores, músicos, cineastas, periodistas y otros profesionales necesarios en la investigación y desarrollo del balompié.

De la inauguración el 12 de junio a la final del 13 de julio el planeta habrá girado sobre sí mismo cual pelota y el alma de los pobres será más rica o la zanja más ancha.

 BRAZIL 2014: ADVISE OF WISES IN FOOTBALL

I open the windows of the room where I find myself, three days before the inaugural match and a clamor in “the street” expresses pain, sadness and indignation. Do you know how “you” tell the difference between the clamor of a stadium and the urban clamor with its rural kin brandishing a trail of success on the chest and in the left hand the hoe of revenge? 

The difference, gentlemen governors, lies in the federative organizations that, perhaps misguided or ignorant, confuse the demand with the desire and mix the specie with fear of not respecting the law of the game.

The FIFA, UEFA, RFEF… can be thought of as Russian dolls, restraining each other linearly as Euller´s, but can also be thought of as topologically knotted rings, in such a way that there is not an existing institution without the others. This is: the most important in each organism is in the others and from the effects, in each institution, we can interpret the sporting reality.

For example if the articulation were eccentrically thought, only from the TAS we can speak about a symbolic institution; the Father in the sports operation that is so necessary in a "big family" where the mother is never missing.

On the streets there is crying not only for bread, but for not complying with the agreement about being chosen as the host in the World Cup.

There are not favorites, all are candidates, there are 32 national teams representing the hopeful anticipation ephemera of the triumph of a nation.

It's time to start the COUNCIL OF ELDERS IN FOOTBALL, where they can not miss the players as well as: technicians, doctors, lawyers, computer scientists, entrepreneurs, psychoanalysts, writers, musicians, filmmakers, journalists and other necessary professionals in the research and development of football.

From the opening of June 12th to the end of July 13^th the planet will have rotated over itself which ball and the soul of the poor will be richer or the ditch wider.

37) LOS ENTRENADORES INSISTEN QUE: “SI HAY GRUPO HAY EQUIPO” Y “SE JUEGA COMO SE ENTRENA”. ¿QUÉ APLICACIONES CONCRETAS PUEDE TENER EL PSICOANÁLISIS EN EL FÚTBOL, DONDE TODO CAMBIA RÁPIDAMENTE?/ 37) COACHES INSIST THAT "IF THERE IS A GROUP THERE IS A TEAM" AND " IT IS PLAYED AS IT IS TRAINED.” WHAT SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS CAN PSYCHOANALYSIS HAVE IN FOOTBALL, WHERE EVERYTHING CHANGES QUICKLY?

37) Los entrenadores insisten que: “si hay grupo hay equipo” y “se juega como se entrena”. ¿Qué aplicaciones concretas puede tener el psicoanálisis en el fútbol, donde todo cambia rápidamente?

El psicoanálisis es un procedimiento médico, por ende más que “aplicaciones” debemos hablar y pensar en “Interés” en tanto las aplicaciones conllevan una utilidad, y con ello un régimen de precariedad que se agota en el producto, sin embargo el interés apunta a la posibilidad de transformación, un otro tiempo donde sin dejar de ser fútbol se puede producir dinero, crear puestos de trabajo, realizar una labor educativa, social y, esto es fundamental: divertirse practicándolo y viéndolo jugar.

Para poder pensar la producción de un grupo y con ello un equipo deportivo consolidado, debemos partir de que: no se trata de llegar rápido sino de llegar lejos. 

  

La investigación que llevamos realizando desde hace unos años es que: el grupo puede acortar el tiempo de producción de cualquier actividad deportiva y además como solos no podemos nada, el grupo le permite a cada jugador rendir más.

  

Si hay grupo hay equipo, se refiere a que el grupo es: el “alma” del equipo de fútbol y por ende colabora en  la producción de un “cuerpo dinámico” en el club.

  

Si nos preguntamos ¿puede haber equipo sin grupo? Un equipo de fútbol pertenece a un club deportivo, tiene socios, masa social, cuenta con un terreno para jugar, presenta cuentas a sus accionistas, la mayoría son Sociedades Anónimas Deportivas, presentan acuerdos con otras instituciones, tienen peñas y asociaciones en otros países, puede llegar a participar en la Bolsa de valores…en definitiva, es difícil pensar un equipo de fútbol, sólo, como la reunión de un conjunto de personas con intereses exclusivamente deportivos.

  

Los equipos de fútbol se construyen, produciendo una inscripción social, pero previamente está la idea y el proyecto antes de la materialización del mismo. Sin un proyecto previo no hay idea que pueda desarrollarse. Y la economía necesaria es siempre política, quiere decir que son las ideas las que hacen circular el dinero y, no al revés, por eso es más difícil tener buenas ideas que una gran economía.

¿Y quién coordina el grupo que posibilite la construcción de un equipo? ¿Qué teoría permite desplegar la producción social de la institución? ¿Puede haber ideas fuertes sin una economía vigorosa que la sustente?

El Psicoanálisis en este sentido es una herramienta de trabajo, un instrumento de conocimiento y el método más eficaz en el análisis de toda estructura empresarial, por trabajar el deseo (invariante humana siempre presente en toda fórmula laboral).

Con ello se puede pensar la producción y distribución de los diferentes valores deportivos, la vinculación del trabajador y el trabajo, la relación y discernimiento entre Institución y Grupo, los criterios de salud y objeto social deportivo de los que habla la Ley del Deporte.  

  

Recordemos que una hora de reloj puede transcurrir rápida o lentamente según la implicación del sujeto en la actividad que se realice. Otro beneficio extraordinario es la evolución y reiteración de las lesiones, la relación con las sanciones y las frecuentes crisis o rachas en las diferentes carreras deportivas.

Y por último citar la importancia que representa para los jugadores que se diviertan jugando, para los espectadores que disfruten presenciando un partido, en definitiva para los clubes ganar títulos, prestigio y dinero, ya que no dejan de ser empresas con importantes movimientos de capital, ciudades que se benefician al ser representadas por clubes que portan su nombre, familias que viven del fútbol e infinidad de aficionados que se apasionan con su equipo.  (Continuará…)

37) Coaches insist that "if there is a group there is a team" and " it is played as it is trained.” What specific applications can psychoanalysis have in football, where everything changes quickly?

Psychoanalysis is a medical procedure; therefore, more than “applications" we must talk and think about "interest," since the applications carry a utility and thereby a regime of precariousness that it exhausts in the product. Nevertheless, the interest points to the possibility of transformation, in another instance, without ceasing to be football.  Money can be produced, create jobs, make educational and social work study programs. This is fundamental: to have fun practicing it and watching it played.

To be able to think of a group production and thereby a consolidated sporting team, we should think in accordance with this motto: it is not about arriving fast but it is about going far.

The research that we conducted some years ago found that the group can shorten the production time of any sports activity and also, as we can do nothing alone, the group allows each player to yield more.

If there is a group there is a team, it refers to the group as the “soul” of the football team, which therefore collaborates in the production of a “dynamic body” in the club.

 We ask ourselves, can there be a team without a group? A football team belongs to a sporting club, it has partners, social mass, it comes with a field for playing and it presents its accounts to their shareholders. The majority are Anonymous Sports Clubs, they present agreements with others institutions, they have clubs and associations in others countries and they can get to participate in the Stock Market. Definitely, it is difficult to think of a football team, only, as the meeting of a group of people with sporting interests exclusively.

The football teams are built, producing a social inscription, but previously it was the idea and the project before the materialization of itself. Without a previous project, there is no idea that can be further developed. And the necessary economy is always political, it means the ideas that are made circulate money and not the reverse; therefore, it is more difficult to have good ideas than a great economy.

And who coordinates the group that makes the construction of a team possible? What theory allows the deploying of the social production of the institution? Can there be strong ideas without a vigorous economy that sustains them?

In order to account for human desire (an invariant always present in all working formulas), psychoanalysis in this sense is a working tool, an instrument of knowledge and the most effective method in the analysis of every business structure.

With this, the production and distribution of the different sporting values can be thought of, the think between the worker and the work, the relation and the discernment between institution and group, the health judgments and the social sports object that the Sports Law speaks about.

Let´s remember that one hour on the clock can elapse fast or slow according to the effort of the person in the activity being carried out. Another extraordinary benefit is the evolution and reiteration of the injuries, the relation with penalties and the frequent crises or streaks in different sporting careers. 

And lastly citing the importance of the meaning to the players to enjoy themselves playing a game, for the spectators to enjoy watching a game, cities that benefit from being represented by clubs that carry their names, families that make their livelihood from football, countless fans passionate for their team and definitely for clubs to win titles, prestige and money since they are that which defines them: important companies with important movements of capital. 36) ¿EL FÚTBOL LO PODEMOS CONSIDERAR UN FENÓMENO CULTURAL?/ 36) CAN WE CONSIDER FOOTBALL A CULTURAL PHENOMENON?

36) ¿El fútbol lo podemos considerar un fenómeno cultural?

 El balón de fútbol es universal. Sabemos que el fútbol es un paradigma grupal y cultural, es decir cualquier fenómeno social es reproducible en el mundo del fútbol y todo lo que sucede en el fútbol (a modo de un infusorio) tarde o temprano se reproduce en la cultura, la salud, la educación y la economía a nivel mundial, en este sentido decimos paradigma, que como tal se puede estudiar desde lo singular a lo general.

 Ejemplos y fruto de ello son: la Ley Bosman , la creación de las (Anonymous Sports Society), el estudio de la xenofobia en los estadios de fútbol, la reglamentación de eventos internacionales de fútbol femenino, el arbitraje del CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport), la tutela de la cantera y fútbol base en cuanto a fichajes y contratos, la creación de asociaciones en los diferentes estamentos deportivos…y por todo ello es necesario la contratación de profesionales especializados en fútbol: abogados, periodistas, médicos, psicoanalistas, informáticos…

   

 Siendo más productivo pensar el fútbol, como una producción humana, por ende un fenómeno universal (como el sueño y la familia). Ya que todos soñamos y todos tenemos familia. Todos hemos formado parte de un grupo, de hecho nacimos en una formación grupal como la familia. De ahí se desprende la importancia de los afectos en la evolución deportiva de un equipo.  36) Can we consider football a cultural phenomenon?

The ball in football is universal. We know that football is a group and cultural paradigm, which is to say, any social phenomenon is reproducible in the world of football and everything that happens in football (by means of infusion) sooner or later it is reproduced in culture, health, education, and in worldwide economy. In this sense we say paradigm, which as such can be studied from the singular to the general.

Examples and fruit of this are: the Bosman law, the creation of the Anonymous Sports Society, the study of xenophobia in football stadiums, the regulation of international events of female football, the mediation from the Court of Arbitration for Sport, the guardianship of the youth in football in terms of signings and contracts, the creation of different associations in different sporting establishments  ... and for all this its necessary in the hiring of specialized professionals in football: lawyers, journalists, doctors, psychoanalysts, computer scientists...

 It is more productive to think of football as a human production, consequently a universal phenomenon (such as the dream and the family) since all dreams and have family. We all have been part of a group; in fact we were born into a group formation as families. From there emerges the importance of the affects in the sporting evolution of a team. (To be continued…)

35) A lo largo de los años, diferentes disciplinas y profesionales, se han incorporado a los clubes de fútbol: abogados, médicos, informáticos, periodistas, fisioterapeutas, podólogos, psicólogos... ¿La presencia del Psicoanálisis cómo o en qué podría colaborar?   

El Psicoanálisis deportivo, como disciplina científica, puede estudiar, leer y atender en el fútbol, fenómenos que no tienen explicación desde otras teorías y sin embargo suceden, por ejemplo: las supersticiones de los futbolistas, la diferente evolución de las lesiones, la mala suerte, el porqué un futbolista fracasa en un club y triunfa en otro a los pocos meses, la violencia en los campos y alrededores, la pasión que mueve grandes masas sociales, el sentimiento de culpa en algunos jugadores, la sexualidad de los deportistas, los fallos incomprensibles en algunos jugadores, el diferente rendimiento del equipo o algunos jugadores mediado por factores emocionales, la angustia y exceso de responsabilidad, el trato con la cantera y el fracaso escolar, el entorno del jugador, la “jubilación” y proyecto de vida una vez retirado el futbolista, cuestiones con la imagen, y un largo elenco de situaciones cotidianas donde la escucha de un profesional, sin interferir ninguna función, puede potenciar el trabajo que se realiza.

Por ejemplo se dice: “un equipo es un estado de ánimo” y ¿dónde se entrena el estado de ánimo y quién se encarga de dicha tarea?

También se afirma: “se juega cómo se entrena” y sin embargo a veces se juega mal, entonces ¿se entrenó mal o algo inexplicable pasa? Lo inexplicable desde el entrenamiento del equipo puede tener explicación desde lo anímico grupal. (Continuará…)

35) Over the years, different disciplines and professionals have joined the football clubs: lawyers, doctors, computer scientists, journalists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, psychologists. How or what could collaborate with psychoanalysis presence?

Psychoanalysis of sports as  a scientific discipline can study, read and attend  football , it is a phenomena that has no explanation from other theories ,yet it happens , for example, the superstitions of the players , the different evolution of injuries , bad luck , why a player fails at a club and triumphs in another club a few months later , violence in and around the fields , the passion that moves large social masses, guilt in some players , the sexuality of the athletes ,  incomprehensible failures in some players, the different capacities of a team or certain players mediated by emotional factors , anxiety and an excess of responsibility, dealing with the youth and academic failure , the environment of the player , the " retirement " and the stage of life once the football player is retired , image issues , and a long list of everyday situations where the listening of a professional, without interfering any function , can strengthen the work achieved.

For example it is said: "A team is a state of mind" but, where is the state of mind trained and who is responsible for this task?

It is also asserted that “it is played as it is trained”; however sometimes it is played poorly, then, was it poorly trained or does something happen inexplicable? The inexplicable phenomenon from the team´s training can have explanation from the psychological perspective of the group. (To be continued…)
